Our Bystronic BySprint 4020 Fibre laser gives us increased capacity to handle large 4 metre x 2 metre sheets up to 20 mm thick.
With fully-automated laser cutting and loading it is perfect for small tailored jobs or larger batch runs. The fast cutting speeds and quality finish that you get from a Fibre laser means that volume and repeatability are more straight forward and cost effective.
We expect to achieve tolerances of +/- 0.1mm depending on design detail and thickness of materials.
The laser and loader can handle sheets of up to 4 metres x 2 metres with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 20mm; brass and copper up to 8mm thick, aluminium and stainless steel up to 15mm thick and mild steel up to 20mm thick.
Capacity due to automation allows us to turn components around in hours rather than days.
With our own transportation we can offer a door-to-door collection and delivery service all over the country, reducing logistical challenges for you the customer.
