We generally use Interpol powders, which are renowned as the world leader in powder-coatings. Powders are electrostatically applied and cured under heat to create a finish that not only looks stunning but is incredibly robust – ensuring longevity and resilience.

Our commitment to excellence begins with thorough substrate preparation. Every item we powder-coat passes through our integrated cleaning and pretreatment process – a mechanical and chemical process that improves the quality and longevity of powder-coated finishes.
For items intended for interior applications, we process them through stations 1 to 3. For items intended for exterior use, we take the extra step with station 4 – increasing salt spray resistance from the standard 350 hours, to at least 1000 hours (the maximum tested).
Station 1 - Gardobond®
Cleaning chemical to remove oil, grease and swarf.
Station 2 - Mains Water
Pressurised wash to remove excess chemicals.
Station 3 - Demineralised Water
Removes residue chemicals from mains water.
Station 4 - Oxsilan® & Oxsilan® Additives
Surface preparation for better adhesion, and passivation offering enhanced corrosion protection.
Our operators are trained by the original equipment manufacturers to uphold quality standards and ensure best utilisation of equipment for consistency of finished product across every batch.
We have a large range of stock powder-coating colours available or can match any colour using RAL, BS numbers, Pantone or any of the major colour standards.
For industrial applications we recommend the most robust textured finish, but we can finish items in smooth, metallic, gloss, satin, matt… whatever your requirements.
Our paint-line has a load envelope of 1600mm tall x 900mm wide and 3000mm long. Our track can carry a maximum component weight of 300kg.
